Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and ensure effective delivery governance across the portfolio
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction and delivery performance
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams worldwide
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with a focus on managing multiple client engagements
- Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
