Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and manage delivery governance across multiple client engagements
- Steer the structure to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Ensure delivery quality and stability while managing multicultural teams across various projects
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
- Management experience with a focus on delivery expectations and escalations
