Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the client portfolio
- Steer the organization to meet established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across diverse multicultural teams worldwide
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in multi-project or multi-client environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Management experience with a focus on delivery expectations and escalations
