To support a growing management team, the full-time Delivery Director will direct project management practices using agile methodologies, collaborate with the PMO, and ensure effective communication between Project Managers and clients in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct project management practices for a portfolio using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for Project Managers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with established methodologies throughout projects
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in project management within software outsourcing
- Experience with budget management and software development management
- Proficiency in agile methodologies
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Advanced English level
