Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will manage multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams remotely, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee delivery governance and lead Delivery Managers across the portfolio
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction and delivery performance
- Manage concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
- Proven leadership in multi-project or multi-client environments
- Management experience with a track record of developing teams
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
