Leading multiple client engagements, the full-time Delivery Director will oversee delivery governance, manage diverse teams, and ensure operational stability and client satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio
- Steer the structure to fulfill C-Level established KPIs, including client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
- Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
