Job Summary
Leading a portfolio of client engagements, the full-time remote Delivery Director will oversee multiple Delivery Managers and technical teams, ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and govern delivery processes across the client portfolio
- Achieve C-Level established KPIs related to client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple client engagements
- Proven management experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Ability to interact with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Experience leading and developing teams effectively
