- Steer the fulfillment of established KPIs related to client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
- Proven leadership in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at the Director/VP/C-level
