- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery with multiple concurrent client engagements
- Proven management experience in leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
