Delivery Director

Job Summary

Proactive and dynamic, the full-time Delivery Director will manage project portfolios using agile methodologies, collaborate with the PMO on strategies, and ensure effective communication between project managers and clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Direct project management practices and oversee a team of Project Managers
• Define global forecasts for project portfolios and ensure compliance with established methodologies
• Manage complex client issues and maintain customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management within software outsourcing
• Experience with budget management and software development management
• Strong background in Agile methodologies
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Advanced English proficiency
