Delivery Director, IT Implementations

Job Summary

Leading the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions, the full-time Delivery Director, IT Implementations will ensure client satisfaction, operational excellence, and timely delivery while overseeing Project Managers and establishing delivery governance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead successful delivery of MiraCloud implementation programs, meeting customer expectations for scope, quality, and timelines
• Own customer success throughout implementations and build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders
• Establish and continuously improve MiraCloud's project management practice and delivery governance

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Professional Services, or related leadership functions
• Experience leading Project Managers or implementation organizations
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale customer implementations or transformation programs
• Experience in building or improving delivery organizations and operational processes
• Existing authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role
