Job Summary
A company is looking for a Delivery Enablement Coordinator, Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support team activities to identify learning needs and manage documentation, scheduling, and tracking of learning solutions
- Maintain and update learning content repositories and manage version control across digital platforms
- Oversee administrative aspects of Professional Development programs and prepare reports for leadership on training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or learning and development roles
- Experience in a global or cross-functional environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with credentialing programs or professional development initiatives
