Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Delivery Excellence Managers, ensuring team performance and career development
• Establish delivery playbooks and operating standards to ensure consistent and high-quality deployments
• Manage end-to-end delivery governance, including proactive risk management and escalation handling

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing delivery, implementation, or consulting for enterprise SaaS; 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern delivery practices (Agile/DevOps)
• Experience in building playbooks and standardizing processes with clear KPIs
• Executive presence with the ability to lead escalations and make outcome-oriented decisions
• Cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with relevant certification or willingness to obtain
