• 5-8 years of experience in data, analytics, or consulting roles with client management responsibilities
• Experience in delivering data systems or products in collaboration with engineering teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguous business problems and articulate clear engineering specifications
• Client-facing experience in complex environments with misaligned stakeholder interests
• Proficiency with AI tools and a proactive approach to incorporating them into work processes
