Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Lead to manage and execute project deliveries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and outcomes for projects, setting standards for leadership
• Create and manage portfolio vision and outcome-oriented roadmaps in collaboration with senior customers
• Track progress, maintain transparent reporting of key metrics, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on delivery/program leadership for software development teams
• Experience in building and managing portfolio-level outcome roadmaps
• Strong budget literacy, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior customer levels
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean practices and common delivery tools
