Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Delivery Lead, responsible for full-time delivery orchestration and execution of digital products and initiatives in a remote setting, ensuring high-quality outcomes through agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution health for assigned products or initiatives
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain delivery status reporting and execution dashboards
• Partner closely with Product Management to ensure backlog readiness and clear priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in delivery, project management, or program execution within technology-enabled environments
• Strong experience in agile or hybrid delivery models in a product-oriented organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and common agile delivery tooling
• PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus
