Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Driving governance and process execution for AI and Agentic Transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will manage delivery alignment across multiple phases while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards in a hybrid work environment in Chandler, AZ.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of governance, risk, control, and process activities across multiple stakeholders
• Translate enterprise policy and process requirements into structured delivery plans and control checkpoints
• Track risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery progress across workstreams

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in governance, risk, compliance, or control-focused delivery roles
• Ability to manage lifecycle governance, tollgates, and approval processes in regulated environments
• Experience in stakeholder management across engineering, architecture, risk, and governance teams
• Familiarity with auditability, traceability, operational readiness, and control frameworks
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with strict process adherence requirements
