Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To ensure reliable delivery processes, the full-time Delivery Lead will manage the cadence of work across a globally distributed team, facilitating communication, removing blockers, and maintaining a transparent roadmap while supporting product owners in their initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Run the delivery cadence to keep work flowing and ensure timely decision-making
• Protect fixed delivery appetites by facilitating scope decisions within set time boxes
• Maintain a current and visible roadmap, driving team cadence against planned deliverables

Required qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for process management and operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Proactive communication skills, comfortable working across time zones and cultures
• Ability to hold teams accountable to standards without being overbearing
• Experience in coordinating between software Product and Engineering functions is a plus
