Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Delivery Lead, Data Projects, the candidate will manage the planning and execution of workstreams for a multi-year enterprise data platform migration, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical standards while leveraging Azure Data Services, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and execution of assigned workstreams within the data platform migration project
• Translate program objectives into actionable delivery plans and ensure alignment with migration strategy and architecture standards
• Oversee migration activities including data pipelines and integrations, ensuring clarity and adherence to defined procedures

Required qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of experience in leading data or technology initiatives in large, complex, global organizations
• Proven experience in delivering data engineering or analytics workstreams using platforms like Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Strong understanding of data migration strategies and enterprise data architectures
• Experience coordinating multi-region teams within matrixed organizational structures
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum Master are preferred
