Job Summary

Leading a team of experts, the full-time remote Delivery Lead, IBMi will ensure exceptional service delivery within a contractual framework, manage incident and change processes, and collaborate closely with Delivery Partners to align IT solutions with customer needs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Inspire and guide delivery teams to provide high-quality IT services and support
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes, ensuring swift resolution of service issues
  • Foster strong customer relationships and collaborate with Delivery Partners to drive positive outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers
  • Sound knowledge of IT services, technology vendors, and managed platforms
  • Experience in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis
  • Ability to work closely with Delivery Partners and SREs to achieve customer success
  • AIOps hands-on knowledge and an innovation-oriented mindset
