Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Management Capability Leader responsible for architecting and driving project management capabilities within the Digital Solutions group.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive talent strategy for Scrum Masters and Project Managers
• Define and execute the Scrum Master, Program, and Project management strategy aligned with the firm's vision
• Lead the team in identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline delivery workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional development teams
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, Agile, and SAFe concepts
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
