Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time Delivery Manager will optimize team flow, lead planning processes, and champion Agile practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion Agile and Lean practices, coaching teams and visualizing organizational work
• Lead continual planning processes, extending from product delivery to post-launch support
• Manage team dynamics and collaboration, addressing issues and connecting daily work with product vision

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in Agile project management with successful implementation of methodologies
• Strong understanding of technology applications, particularly in AI/Data Science products
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery
• Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on industry trends in Agile practices
