- Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile teams for project delivery
- Collaborate with engineering and management teams to ensure project scope and quality
- Coordinate sprint demos and write reports to demonstrate team value
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technically minded companies
- Data-driven project and delivery management experience with engineering teams
- Experience in an Agile/Kanban mixed environment
- Client-facing sales and presentation experience
- Bachelor's Degree
