Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to facilitate the efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the development team
• Oversee the backlog and manage ticket flow, ensuring alignment with product goals
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Owners/Managers and the Development team

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or similar role in a technology environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion
• Familiarity with agile project management tools and software development lifecycle processes
• A Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus but not required
