Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the Delivery function within Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of customer implementations and onboarding projects across all product lines
• Lead and manage a cross-functional Delivery team, providing guidance and support for effective project execution
• Implement and enforce delivery processes and methodologies while identifying areas for operational improvement

Required Qualifications

• Educational background preferably in computer science or engineering
• Proven experience in delivery management or project management within the SaaS/software industry
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and technical specialists
• Strong understanding of software delivery and implementation processes
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, shipping, or e-commerce environments is preferred
