Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager - ESS/Core - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the health of the delivery system for assigned products, focusing on agile delivery metrics
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities to address delivery challenges and inefficiencies
• Serve as a trusted delivery partner to leadership, providing updates on system health and improvement actions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using agile delivery metrics for continuous improvement
• 3+ years of experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment
• 3+ years of analytical experience identifying patterns and risks from delivery data
• 2+ years of experience influencing in matrixed environments
• 1+ years of experience leveraging AI or automation tools in the software delivery lifecycle
