Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead distributed teams in the development of an AI-powered student intervention system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of an AI-powered system for a large public research university
• Manage a cross-functional team and coordinate with multiple institutional stakeholders
• Translate discovery findings into a governed build plan while ensuring operational soundness and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical delivery with proven success in agile environments
• Strong understanding of Enterprise AI platforms and familiarity with CRM and student information systems
• Ability to leverage delivery metrics and performance data for strategy optimization
• Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
