Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Delivery Manager, responsible for leading a cross-functional delivery team in a remote, full-time role focused on building and deploying AI-enabled systems while maintaining accountability and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery operating model, including sprint cadence and dependency management
• Identify risks and manage stakeholder communication to ensure project momentum
• Maintain focus and accountability within the team to meet project priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development or technical delivery
• Proven success in delivering complex projects in agile environments
• Strong familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of AI tools and experience in education or higher education environments is a plus
