Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of enterprise eCommerce platforms on Shopify, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will own client relationships, manage project lifecycles, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business objectives throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, including managing project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps and collaborate with internal teams to implement features and functionalities successfully

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Digital Project Manager, focusing on eCommerce and retail
• Extensive knowledge of Shopify Plus, including platform migrations and custom development
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a track record of delivering large-scale eCommerce solutions
• Experience in managing platform migrations from systems like Magento or Salesforce to Shopify Plus
