Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional delivery POD, the full-time Manager, Delivery will oversee Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Application Support Engineers, focusing on improving client implementation processes and driving team performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and align a cross-functional delivery POD to ensure timely and within-scope client implementations
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members across various disciplines to foster professional growth
• Facilitate process improvement and adherence, partnering with technical leadership to ensure delivery excellence

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a professional services environment or equivalent
• 1+ years of management experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience in documenting and evaluating business requirements
• Proven success in evaluating processes and implementing improvements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for SOW creation and management activities
