Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing the complete lifecycle of supply chain planning projects, the full-time Delivery Manager will create project plans, track progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment while working remotely from Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of project implementation, from blueprint to hypercare
• Develop detailed project plans and communicate status updates to stakeholders regularly
• Document risks and create mitigation plans while ensuring team members are aware of their tasks and deliverables

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in supply chain planning solutions or logistics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle implementation using agile methodology
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)
• PMP certification is a plus
