Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Owning execution across digital product engagements, the full-time Delivery Manager will ensure teams are aligned, delivery is on track, and clients are informed while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery execution, keeping scope, timeline, and quality on track
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives in collaboration with the Product Manager
• Act as the operational bridge between clients and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and alignment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software delivery, project management, or a related role
• Solid understanding of agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
