Job Summary

Managing cross-stream and cross-project dependencies, the full-time Delivery Manager will oversee team processes, communicate with stakeholders, and drive task resolution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate daily and weekly team processes, including planning sessions and retrospectives
• Manage cross-stream dependencies and timelines, escalating conflicts to leadership as needed
• Own the full process from task intake to resolution, ensuring stakeholder updates and progress tracking

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including SCRUM
• Technical literacy in system integration and communication
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven workflows is a plus
• Basic coding proficiency for workflow automation and SQL queries is desirable
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2/B2+)
