Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to work fully remote, who will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives and operational improvements for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Security Operations program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives and strategic workstreams
• Own delivery outcomes for assigned initiatives from planning through implementation
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage dependencies to maintain delivery momentum

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, project management, or delivery management roles
• Demonstrated success in independently driving complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop executable plans from partially defined objectives
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
