Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To oversee critical energy delivery and utility coordination for data center projects, the remote contract Delivery Manager will proactively identify risks, manage milestone tracking, and validate technical documentation while collaborating with internal teams and utility providers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify, monitor, and report power delivery risks and schedule delays, maintaining structured risk registers across active lease projects
• Oversee energy milestone tracking and readiness activities, coordinating with utility providers and cross-functional delivery teams
• Review and validate critical technical and construction documentation, including substation readiness packages and transformer testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in electrical infrastructure delivery
• Proven experience in managing operations related to energy delivery
• Strong understanding of technical documentation and construction processes
• Experience in coordinating with utility providers and internal teams
