Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing delivery execution for a software-product engineering engagement, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will oversee governance, resource readiness, onboarding, and capacity planning while ensuring effective communication and reporting across project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the delivery framework for communications, reporting, and governance
• Coordinate onboarding, access readiness, training dependencies, and resource continuity
• Track delivery progress, milestones, risks, and issues while acting as a delivery escalation point

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers
• Sound knowledge of IT services, technology vendors, and managed platforms
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management, as well as root cause analysis
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partners and work with SREs for positive customer outcomes
• AIOps hands-on knowledge with an automation and innovation-oriented mindset
