Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing an assigned portfolio, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will oversee program execution, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships while driving operational success and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and communicate financial and budget information, delivering regular updates and reports
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, escalating issues as necessary to protect portfolio performance
• Coordinate project implementations and change requests, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in delivery management, project management, or portfolio coordination, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Experience supporting state and local government or public-sector customers is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with project management and reporting software, such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and experience managing budgets and financial tracking
