Job Summary
Leading a growing practice, the full-time Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation consulting team, ensuring high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction while working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the SAP Business One delivery team to achieve exceptional customer outcomes and project success
- Drive practice performance by managing utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction against the annual business plan
- Shape delivery plans and growth strategies in collaboration with the leadership team, including resource alignment and capacity planning
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of delivery leadership experience in consulting, professional services, or a related environment
- Demonstrated capability in people leadership, coaching teams, and improving delivery performance
- Commercial acumen in utilization, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Experience with ERP delivery, preferably SAP Business One or other similar platforms
- Strong execution skills in project management and relationship-building
