Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex customer solutions, the full-time Delivery Manager will coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage multiple projects from initiation to customer operations
• Facilitate weekly internal and external project status meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards and change control procedures

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or service delivery environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project
• Strong skills in cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in managing virtual teams and facilitating stakeholder communication
• Ability to identify and manage project risks and dependencies effectively
