Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end software delivery process, the full-time remote Delivery Manager will optimize release management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely and quality product rollouts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement release schedules, managing the release pipeline and coordinating activities across development, QA, operations, and support teams
• Work with product management and stakeholders to prioritize release content and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the release process
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on release status and ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in software delivery and release management
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in CI/CD and Agile methodologies
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams and departments
• Proven ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
