Job Summary

Leading complex client engagements, the full-time Delivery Manager, Data & AI will transform ambiguous business goals into actionable data systems while working remotely and contributing to the growth of a pioneering data and AI company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client engagements, aligning stakeholders and ensuring accountability through launch and adoption
• Translate business problems into clear specifications for engineering teams, including ETL pipelines and metric definitions
• Contribute to building internal processes and repeatable assets to enhance the company's delivery capabilities

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in data, analytics, or consulting roles with client management responsibilities
• Proven experience delivering data systems or products in collaboration with engineering teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguous business challenges and develop clear engineering specifications
• Client-facing experience in environments with misaligned stakeholder interests
• Fluency with AI tools and a proactive approach to integrating them into work processes
