Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in managing a customer-facing production support environment
• Experience in delivery management and customer interaction
• Experience with healthcare payer platforms and SaaS providers
• Strong experience with service management and operational reporting
