Delivery Manager - Software Compliance

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Software Publisher Services practice, the full-time Delivery Manager - Software Compliance will build and maintain the delivery infrastructure, ensuring consistent engagement delivery, quality frameworks, and team development across APAC regions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve the tracking and process infrastructure for client delivery across all regions
• Foster a unified team culture and professional pride in delivery standards while connecting team members across geographies
• Design and enforce quality frameworks and manage resource allocation to ensure effective staffing and capacity planning

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in delivery management or operations management within a professional services environment
• Proven track record of building governance systems and quality frameworks
• Experience managing a shared resource pool and understanding capacity planning
• International delivery experience across multiple regions and cultures
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications are advantageous
