Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Manager Team Lead, Customer Success in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and provide guidance on best practices
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and monitor client satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Account or Relationship Management
  • 3+ years of experience in software consulting or sales
  • Proven experience as a successful Customer Success team leader at a professional services organization
  • Experience managing account portfolios and handling multiple client relationships
