Delivery Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Delivery Operations Analyst will manage large client datasets, drive balance reconciliations, and investigate missing data volumes while collaborating directly with clients and Enterprise Success Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients in external Slack channels to resolve data ingestion issues and reconcile balances
• Analyze complex datasets to identify discrepancies and produce actionable insights
• Support operational workflows for the Advisory team, including data validation and exception resolution

Required qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to investigate problems independently
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets
• Fluency with AI tools to enhance efficiency in investigations and data tasks
• Experience in a client-facing or operations role where data accuracy is critical
• Curiosity about digital assets and familiarity with reconciliation processes is a plus
