Job Summary
Supporting global customer inquiries, the part-time Delivery Operations Assistant will provide software training, manage administrative tasks for service-package clients, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution
- Create and maintain internal processes and user-facing documentation
