Delivery Operations Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting global customer inquiries, the part-time Delivery Operations Assistant will provide software training, manage administrative tasks for service-package clients, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution
• Create and maintain internal processes and user-facing documentation
• Assist with client campaigns by organizing marketing content and executing routine commission adjustments

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to work productively in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to communicate complex software features clearly to non-technical users
