Delivery Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of a Strategic Account within the Automotive & Industrials business unit, the full-time Delivery Operations Lead will manage resourcing, invoicing, and onboarding while engaging with the client's Vendor Management Office to ensure project compliance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resourcing needs for new projects and coordinate with project managers on changing resource requirements
• Track account financial operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely approvals to meet client SLAs
• Facilitate onboarding processes for consultants, including monthly welcome meetings and timely integration into client systems

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of project management and/or business operations experience, ideally at Senior Project Manager level or above
• Experience managing operational workstreams across a multi-project account
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Resource Management, Business Coordinators, and PMs
• Experience preparing and presenting SLA or performance reporting to client-side stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on ensuring tasks are completed across a busy account
