Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Operations Manager Third Party.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of 3rd party delivery operations
• Develop internal performance and quality metrics for customer accounts
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Proficiency in logistics software and knowledge of supply chain management principles
• Strong organizational management skills with proven ability to influence in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in customer-facing account management is preferred
