Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee client delivery operations and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to track and manage risks, dependencies, and decisions across active engagements
• Organize project workflows and maintain systems of record to ensure data accuracy and operational rigor
• Gradually assume ownership of key client engagements, managing communication and expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in project management, delivery operations, or account management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and execution quality
• Experience in agency, consultancy, or product-driven environments with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Comfortable with light financial tracking, including budgets and invoicing coordination
