Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Delivery Operations Manager will own the operational engine behind project delivery, focusing on capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow improvement while leading a team of Project Coordinators and a Scheduler.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operational delivery system, including resource allocation and project scheduling
- Monitor active projects, drive accountability, and maintain delivery dashboards and reporting
- Manage the Project Coordinator team through coaching, performance expectations, and continuous process improvement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in project operations, PMO, delivery operations, or agency operations
- Experience leading project managers or coordinators
- Strong resource planning and capacity management experience
- Experience improving operational workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience with project management tools
